The first thing you want to do is to go to Cisco’s website and get your license file emailed to you by filling out their form using your PAK number. Once you get the email with the LIC file, you will then have to copy that file to your switch.

Apple OSX Buit-In VPN Client Configuration for Cisco VPN

If you have a new MAC or if your are running 10.7, chances are you are running 64-bit. The problem is that there is no Cisco VPN client for 64-bit. So the best way around this is to use the VPN client that comes with your MAC.
